Addiction...

is really not such a bad thing when it's to freshly made guacamole! I could seriously eat this every day. Luckily in California they have been pretty cheap, under a buck each. Back in Iowa we were paying over two dollars easily. In the last two weeks I've probably had guacamole at least 7 times.

We've kept our guacamole pretty simple. One avocado smashed, one tomato seeded and chopped and about 2 tablespoons red onion finely chopped. I eased off the onion when I brought some guacamole to work. Don't want to breathe onions on my co-workers! I could really get use to this new routine.
