A Piece Of History
During Fleet Week we watched as the USS Carl Vinson ducked under the Golden Gate Bridge and paraded into the bay. It seems much too tall to even fit under the bridge.
We didn't know it at first, but this is the ship that disposed of Osama bin Laden's body after his death in May. It anchored in the bay over the weekend.
